This privacy policy covers the use of the Ultiorganizer services.

General information

• Personal information means information about an identifiable individual. Anyhow team roster and game statistics are not threated as personal information on Ultiorganizer system.
• Ultiorganizer collects following personal information when you create user account to use Ultiorganizer services:
  • Name, username, password and email address.
• All other information, like player profiles details, are optional.
• When you have signed in the system, all actions modifying system data are recorded in our server logs with your username including your IP address and the action details.
• Ultiorganizer uses information for the following general purposes: identification and authentication, services improvement and contact.

IP Addresses

IP address automatically reported by browser is stored in our log files when you have signed in to the system. IP addresses may be used for:

• To diagnose problems found with the system.
• To track down the user in case of illegal activity.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Your account information is only visible for authorized users with special access rights to the systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
• Password is stored only in encrypted format and is not visible in plain text format for anyone.
• Ultiorganizer does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or services you've requested or when we have your permission.

Editing and Deleting Account Information

• You can change your account information at any time.
• You can delete your account at any time by sending an request to system administrator.
